Knott Scholar Guides Program
Established in 2021, the Knott Scholar Guide Program pairs high school freshman with high school juniors and sophomores with seniors. The older scholars, “Guides”, act as mentors and friends. Each pair is also assigned a “family” group to further scholar connections. These groups assist one another with academic issues, course selections and recommend worthwhile extracurricular activities. For additional Knott Scholar bonding, all groups are invited to participate in annual social and service events. The Knott Scholar Guide Program aims to help scholars interact with others in the Knott community, creating lifelong relationships with peers.
