Attention Knott Scholars,

Your next internship or job is a few clicks away!

Imagine being featured for thousands of professionals to see… Get ready to expand your digital network with the possibility of being showcased as the next Intern of the Week with our new collaborator, Chesapeake Search Partners!

Chesapeake Search Partners (CSP) is a professional search and consulting firm that creates meaningful, long-term business impact for their clients and candidates. Although they are an industry-agnostic firm, they have deep-rooted experience in six core practice areas:
Accounting and Finance
Construction, Engineering
Manufacturing Services
Information Technology
Human Resources
Real Estate and Financial Services
Sales, Marketing, and Administrative.

Chesapeake Search Partners is on the hunt for ambitious students (like you!) who want to accelerate their careers. Whether you’re passionate about business, tech, healthcare or the arts – they want to spotlight your academic achievements and unique experiences.

Starting in March, our Knott Scholars will be able to apply for Chesapeake Search Partner’s exclusive Intern of the Week opportunity. Through this program, talented college students will be selected bi-weekly to be featured on their LinkedIn page and website, which reaches over 19k+ potential employers!

This exposure may allow you to potentially shadow prominent company leaders, network with executives, and develop real-world skills.

  1. To be considered, you will need to:
Make sure your headshot, resume, and LinkedIn profile are up to date! Don’t have a LinkedIn profile yet? Click HERE to get started!
  2. Join the Knott Scholarship Funds exclusive Alumni & Networking Community on LinkedIn to start building your professional brand and connections.
  3. Once your LinkedIn presence is established, you can apply for the Intern of the Week program directly through the Chesapeake Search Partners’ website HERE.

Chesapeake Search Partners (and other business professionals) exclusively utilize LinkedIn, not Handshake or other platforms, to provide exposure for top quality candidates. That is why it is of the utmost importance to get established on LinkedIn now!

Chesapeake Search Partners will choose candidates on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are limited so polish your resume and online presence to demonstrate YOU have the passion and hustle to represent the next generation of leaders.

We encourage all college sophomores & juniors to take advantage of this opportunity, but it is not limited to those age groups.

Contact Bailey Jenkins if you have any questions or need support getting started!

Good luck!
